Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par le personnel du restaurant. Nous sommes venus à 2 adultes avec deux bébés et un enfant, tout s’est très bien passé. Nous avons aussi très bien mangé, et le personnel était au petits soins pour nous et pour les autres clients. On s’y sent un peu comme à la maison, il y règne une atmosphère très sereine. Je recommande tout à fait ce restaurant :)

Das Lokal macht nicht unbedingt sehr viel her aber das Essen ist wirklich super lecker. Die Portionen wirken zwar nicht so aber reichen völlig aus. Das Naan (Fladenbrot) kann ich nur empfehlen. Immer wider gerne.

Nous étions deux et avons pris le thali végétarien pour deux personnes. Les saveurs sont correctes, sans être transcendantes mais les portions sont copieux.

J’ai été déçu car au moment de payer, le reçu indiquait 58€ pour le thali veg pour deux, alors que le prix affiché sur le menu papier ainsi que sur leur site internet est de 50€. La serveuse nous a affirmé que nous avions mal lu, ce qui est d’autant plus étonnant que le thali non-végétarien pour deux, que j’ai vérifié avec elle sur place, est à 57€ donc moins cher que la version végétarienne facturée à 58€.

Je recommande de bien vérifier l’addition avant de payer !

Swagat is one of my favorite restaurants. I've had lunch there pretty much one a week for years.
The food is delicious. The personnel is top-notch, kind, attentive, and never appears rushed or harried.
The one thing that rankles me is that, with a phone configured with English as language, when this gem of a restaurant is closed, Google Maps gives a subtitle of "Not too busy".
I resent that, because 1) What gives Google Maps the right to evaluate the activity of any establishment ? and 2) I strongly feel that this mistaken attribute does a disservice to the image of a company that is, for me, a pinnacle of Indian and oriental cuisine.
Also, as a programmer, I think this is a basic mistake. When any company is closed, Google Maps has only one subtitle to indicate : Closed.
Go eat at Swagat. You won't regret it.

I have been eating ar Swagats for at least 10 years. As a family run restaurant the service has always been impeccable in either French or English. There is an extensive choice including an wide and varied choice of milder more aromatic than excessively spicy dishes. There are plenty of vegetarian options. Yesterday we tried a takeaway and it was politely delivered in a very reasonable time allowing for proper care cooking the 5 different dishes and nams. The portions were very generous and everyone's expectations were fully met so another great meal from a great restaurant.

C’est toujours un plaisir de déguster les délicieux plats de notre restaurant indien préféré. Mention spéciale pour les Momo, le Butter Naan et le Lamb Buna qui est vraiment délicieux.

Nous commandons le plus souvent à emporter et la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous. La cuisine, riche en épices, est pleine de saveurs et les plats sont généreux et préparés avec soin. Le personnel est toujours gentil, accueillant et sympathique, ce qui fait toute la différence.

Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons vivement et chez qui nous commandons toujours avec le même plaisir !

Only name of restaurant is Indian, food has no Indian quality
